Back to School Support
The Back-to-School Support Initiative was designed to reduce the number of out-of-school children by tackling one of the key barriers to education lack of basic school supplies. Many families in underserved communities struggle to afford essential learning materials, often resulting in children dropping out or attending school unprepared.

On 21st November 2024, White Heart Development Initiative, in collaboration with AMG Foundation, successfully implemented this intervention at Kauyen Muhammadu Specialist Primary School, Hotoro Bakin Boda, Tarauni LGA.

A total of 150 pupils (100 girls and 50 boys) benefited from the programme, each receiving a complete set of educational support materials, including school bags, new uniforms, exercise books, pens, and other necessary learning items. The distribution process was conducted in an organized and inclusive manner to ensure fairness and transparency.

Beyond the distribution of materials, the initiative contributed to restoring dignity and motivation among the children. It reduced the financial burden on parents and guardians, encouraged school attendance, and improved the overall learning readiness of the beneficiaries.
This intervention reflects our continued commitment to promoting access to quality education and supporting vulnerable children to stay in school and succeed academically.
